For this episode, I take you on a journey to meet the element of Water. As with previous elemental episodes I do not describe the symbol of water that you will be witnessing.
The different pagan paths may have a different symbol, therefore, if you do not know what it is, go and find out. Then listen to the meditation.
Alongside this meditation I recommend that you go out in nature and explore and experience the element of water. Feel it, sense it, see it… get a relationship with the element of water.
