The Greek and Roman Myths by Philip Matyszak

This wonderful little book gives a nice succinct overview of the Greek and Roman myths. It provides you with images and talks about how some of the myths have been portrayed in art.

You can almost use this book as a quick reference book. Greek and Roman mythology have a vast array of Gods and Goddesses, and even more stories for each one of them. With all those names, one always finds it hard to remember them all. This book, once read, will be the one you go back to check upon that name you can’t quite remember.

I have thoroughly enjoyed it and I would recommend it as a great beginners guide to the myths.
