For this episode I take you back to basics. Something you can practice every day if you so wish.
First we start with a full body scan, checking how different parts of your body are feeling. Then I take you through a very easy breathing exercise to help you concentrate. Usually this type of meditation leaves you quiet to count your own breaths. However, I describe every part of it, so you have something to visualise and make it easier for you.
Please do practice this as often as you can. It is one of those pathworkings you can do every day.
